BBC Online briefing: Q&A Radio: Music

In our BBC Online industry briefing event in London's Radio Theatre Mark friend and I presented our strategy for radio and music product. After the presentation we had a Q&A session. Here is a movie from this session:

Euan Miller to disturb the media asked the challenges in the use of user-generated content and comment; He suggested that the digital framework sometimes holds people back. Mark said that it was more of the BBC in compliance with the framework than the digital frame.


Simon Willis, head of content at the Wise Buddha, said the Commissioner on the radio don't have the same multiplatform expectations like on TV. He asked whether the changed demand to suit the platform. Mark replied that the culture is changing very quickly.


Clifford Boobyer Firedog were asked to put the various agencies working on the same project. Mark and Andrew talked about the BBC splits the work in projects with multiple agencies in different ways and all of the Agency, sometimes it's "on the spot" as a direct supplier.
