Yamaha ATVs rated best in class

Yamaha has long claimed that its All Terrain Vehicles are the most durable and strongest on the market. A recent study may help prove them right, ATV.com reports.
In a comparison study of continuously variable transmissions conducted by ADP Lightspeed, Yamaha ranked highest in reported warranty and non-warranty repair orders for its 2007 to 2010 4x4 ATV models with 400cc engines and above, according to the news source.
Steve Nessl, Yamaha's ATV and SxS group marketing manager, told the website that many ATV developers are all bark and no bite. He added that Yamaha's stance in the ATV industry is clearly established following the study.Click Here!
Yamaha won't bask in glory for too long, however. The company recently introduced its 2012 YFZ50, with a base price of $6,799. The cost is $1,200 less than the closest competing 450 cc ATV. In addition, Yamaha announced its new Grizzly 300 two-wheel-drive utility ATV priced at $4,099. The Grizzly 300 is the only vehicle in its class to have a fully automatic dual range transmission. Nessl told the news source the Grizzly 300 is ideal for farmers in need of light utility vehicles instead of buying a car and also for a rider who simply wants a joyride.
